About Jacques

I love basketball so much. From watching casually, to playing, to doing everything I can to get better, the game has me obsessed. Since truly falling in love with the game two years ago, I have worked relentlessly to be the best I can. The growth that I have seen from the out of shape little kid on the freshman team, to being confident in lining up against anyone in the country keeps me hungry and excited to see where my relentless work ethic will further take me.

As a person, I have always been a natural leader. This transitions onto the court, and whether it is my club/high school team, or a camp team, I assert myself in any role needed to bring the best out of my teammates. Also, I really value my relationship with those around me, and am seeking the best possible relationship with a college coach.

Not only do I hope to bring basketball skills to any team I am on, but also life and people skills. Most of my best friends are through basketball. I have been described as coachable a countless amount of times. I value creating an atmosphere in a team where we can go out and battle every game, every practice for each other.
